Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial on all our VPS plans. This allows you to test our infrastructure, performance, and features before committing to a paid plan. No credit card is required for the trial, and you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

We support a wide range of operating systems, including:

What are the specifications of your servers?
Our VPS instances run on high-performance hardware with the following specifications:

- Network: 10Gbps network interfaces with redundant connectivity

Is bandwidth metered?
Our Starter and Professional packages include a specific bandwidth allocation (2TB and 4TB, respectively). The Advanced package includes unlimited bandwidth. If you exceed your bandwidth allocation on the Starter or Professional packages, you'll be charged $0.01 per GB of overage. We provide tools in the control panel to monitor your bandwidth usage.
How do backups work?
We offer different backup options depending on your plan:
- Starter Package: Weekly automated backups with 2 restore points
- Professional Package: Daily automated backups with 7 restore points
- Advanced Package: Hourly automated backups with 24 restore points and 7 daily restore points
All backups are stored in a separate storage infrastructure for data safety. You can also create manual backups at any time through the control panel, and set up custom backup schedules.
Billing and Account Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal
- Bank transfers (for annual plans only)
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum)
All transactions are secure and encrypted. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
What is your refund policy?
We honour a 30-day money-back guarantee for new VPS purchases up until the moment your environment is provisioned and credentials are delivered. Once access details or login credentials have been issued, the service is considered fulfilled and the order becomes non-refundable, even if you are still within the first 30 days. Prior to credential delivery, reach out to our billing team for assistance with cancellations or refunds. Certain add-on services and domain registrations remain non-refundable in all cases.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time from the Account section of the control panel. After cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not automatically renew services, so you won't be charged after cancellation. If you wish to delete your data immediately upon cancellation, you can select this option during the cancellation process.
Can prices change after I sign up?
For monthly plans, we reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days' notice. However, customers on annual plans are guaranteed the same price for the duration of their prepaid term. If prices increase during your annual term, the new pricing will only take effect upon renewal. We always notify customers about any pricing changes via email.

What are your support hours?
Our technical support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can reach us via live chat, ticket system, or email at any time. Phone support is available during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday).
What is your average response time?
Our average response times are:
- Critical issues: Under 15 minutes
- Standard technical issues: Under 1 hour
- Billing inquiries: Under 4 hours
- General questions: Under 8 hours
These are average times, and we strive to respond as quickly as possible to all inquiries.
Do you offer managed services?
Yes, we offer managed services as an add-on to any VPS plan. Our managed services include server setup, security hardening, software installation and configuration, regular updates and patching, performance optimization, and proactive monitoring. You can choose from different levels of management based on your needs, from basic management to fully managed solutions. Contact our sales team for more information and pricing.
Do you help with migrations from other hosts?
Yes, we offer free migration assistance when you move from another hosting provider to ServiceVPS. Our technical team will help migrate your websites, applications, databases, and emails with minimal downtime. We handle migrations for most common configurations, including cPanel, Plesk, and custom server setups. Contact our support team to discuss your specific migration needs.
