Network Degradation in EU Central Region

We identified network degradation affecting instances in the EU Central (Frankfurt) region. This resulted in increased latency and packet loss for some customers.

We have resolved the network degradation issue in the EU Central region. All services are operating normally now. The root cause was identified as a hardware failure in one of our core routers, which has been replaced.

Some customers experienced incorrect rate limiting on our API, resulting in unexpected throttling of requests.

The issue has been fully resolved. Rate limits have been restored to their correct values. We've also added additional monitoring to catch similar issues in the future.

We've identified the issue with our rate limiting configuration and are deploying a fix. Some customers may still experience throttling during the next 30 minutes as the changes propagate.
